"Good enough for work calls, with a few hiccups"
I use Webex mostly on my phone for work calls, and for the most part it does what I need it to do. Joining meetings is straightforward, and the audio is usually clear, which is all I have the patience to care about at this point. Every now and then the app takes a little too long to load, or it gets fussy reconnecting when I switch networks, which is annoying when you're already tired of dealing with yet another work tool. Overall, it’s good, just not perfect.

"Setup was frustrating"
Ugh. The setup took way longer than it should have. The installer kept looping for some reason, and I ended up having to restart twice just to get through it. Annoying. it wasn’t worth the hassle.
"Solid admin tools that do the job"
I’d give Webex 4 stars because the admin panel is straightforward overall. Setting up users and managing meeting controls feels clear, which matters when you’re responsible for keeping things organized and fair for everyone on the team. A few settings are a little buried and take some hunting around, but for the most part it’s easy enough to manage without feeling overwhelmed.

"Billing was straightforward"
The invoices were easy to read, and paying was simple. I thought there might be a catch at first, but no, everything went through without any hassle.

"Getting users set up was way harder than I expected"
We used webex for our team, the user setup was more frustrating than I thought it would be. Some accounts synced without any issues, but others got stuck or showed the wrong info, and fixing them meant digging through way too many settings and clicks.
The deployment side wasn’t much better. The admin pages felt confusing, and the documentation didn’t always line up with what I was actually seeing on screen. Once everything was finally running, it worked okay, but getting to that point was exhausting and left me feeling drained

"I’ve been using it for my meetings…"
I’ve been using it for my meetings, it’s been really solid. The calls are clear, there’s no annoying lag, and it just works without making me think about it. It’s a small thing, but having tech that stays out of the way makes the day feel a lot less stressful...

"Felt misled by the support experience"
I had a billing issue with Webex and felt misled by the whole support process. I expected it to be straightforward, but it took forever to get a response. When someone finally got back to me, it felt like they just sent a copy-paste reply that didn’t actually address my problem. I had to repeat the same details over and over, and it still hasn’t been fixed. Super frustrating and really not worth the hassle

"Quick setup, no hassle logging in"
I made my account quickly and was able to log in without any issues. Based on how smooth it was for me, I’d say the setup is probably easy enough for most people.

"I’ve been really happy with how clear…"
I’ve been really happy with how clear the calls are. Every time I use it, the sound comes through cleanly, and I don’t have to keep asking people to repeat themselves. It’s made my calls feel a lot smoother and less frustrating

Screen sharing just works. No hassle. No weird setup. I opened it and got going right away.

"I used to be happy…"
I used to be happy with it, but the price has gone up so much that it’s hard to justify now. I also reached out hoping someone would follow up or explain the increase, but I never heard anything back. Just feels like customers are being left hanging
"Super Easy to Connect"
Not gonna lie, it was really easy to connect with Outlook and my phone. Everything linked up without any hassle, which made the setup smooth.

"Calls actually stay connected well"
I’ve been using webex for work meetings, the connection has been really solid. Even on my home Wi-Fi, it barely drops or freezes... which is a big plus. Makes meetings a lot less annoying, so I definitely appreciate that!

"Works fine, but feels clunky and impersonal"
Webex gets the job done, but I don’t find it that easy to use. Joining a meeting is usually fine, but the second I need to change my audio, share my screen, or find some basic setting, I end up clicking around way more than I should. The layout feels kind of outdated, and simple things aren’t always where I expect them to be. What makes it more frustrating is there’s no real human contact when you run into an issue — it feels like you’re just stuck figuring it out on your own. It’s not awful, but for quick meetings it can definitely be annoying

"I’m not sure if everyone’s experience..."
I’m not sure if everyone’s experience will be the same, but for us it’s been smooth. The captions work well, and my screen reader didn’t really have any major issues. It makes meetings feel a bit less awkward for everyone.

"I’ve been using Webex for team meetings and…"
I’ve been using WebEx for team meetings and it’s been smooth. I like that the security settings aren’t buried somewhere weird, meeting locks, the waiting room, and host controls are all easy to find. Makes me feel like random people can’t just pop in, which is nice. The privacy stuff is clear enough too, at least for what I need. Havent really had any big issues so far.

"Updates were quick and painless"
Updating webex.com was smooth for me. I had to run an update right before a meeting, which usually makes me a little nervous, but it only took a few minutes. No weird error messages, no settings disappearing, nothing like that. After it finished, my call started up just fine. So yeah, not much to complain about, it just worked the way it was supposed to.
"Smooth and Easy for Screen Sharing"
I’ve been using WebEx mostly to share my screen with my team, it’s been a really solid experience. I haven’t run into the weird lag or frozen screens that I’ve dealt with on some other meeting apps, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to explain something live. It’s also simple to choose the right window and switch between things while talking. Even one of my coworkers who isn’t very tech-savvy had no trouble following along. Overall, I’m happy with it, it just works and keeps meetings from becoming frustrating.
"Desktop app has been really dependable"
I use Webex mostly on my work laptop, the desktop app has been steady for me. It opens quickly enough, and I haven’t had to deal with the kind of freezing or weird glitches I’ve run into with some other meeting apps.
I’m on calls almost every day, sometimes sharing my screen for an hour or more, and it just keeps running. No random crashes so far, which I appreciate because when people are taking time out of their day to meet, the tools should not be the thing wasting everyone’s time.
There’s nothing flashy I need from it. It works, stays connected, and lets me show up to meetings without making things harder for the people on the other end. That’s really all I’m asking for.
"i thought canceling would be straightforward..."
i thought canceling would be straightforward, but it ended up being a hassle. my refund took forever to come through, and every time i contacted support it felt like they were just giving me the runaround.
